TRAINING

The Bike Buller MTB Festival is designed to be a fun event for all levels of rider, from racers to recreational cruisers. As with most things, the fitter you are often means the more fun and enjoyment you have as you have the time and the energy to take in the views, to chat to some of your fellow competitors and look around you. As such we encourage all participants to put a bit of time into preparing your bodies for the Bike Buller MTB Festival on March 10 - 11 2012.

There is a bunch of information about training and preparing for a mountain bike race under the ‘MTB training’ link on the left – a good starting point being the ‘Basic Guidelines for Event Training and Preparation’ page linked here.

Controversy surrounding Jungleblood has mostly abated as he's chased World Cup    Click here for full story ...
